I don't think it's enough to deliver great service, I believe that it is vital that you genuinely enjoy working with people. We all know the difference between someone going through the motions and someone who is present and passionate about what they do. I can't tell you how many times I have heard from past clients that their reason for choosing me was how excited I was to help them. They weren't wrong; I genuinely love what I do, and you can rest assured that when I work for you, I am giving it my all. I never take it for granted that you are choosing me to be part of what is often the biggest and sometimes even the most life-changing transaction you will experience. There is a real sense of satisfaction that comes from being good at what you do. Nothing makes me happier than utilizing my abilities to provide you with the best possible experience in finding or selling your home. Amy Delducco has a family history in North Idaho dating back to the 1940s. Long time locals remember the big blue farmhouse along Highway 200. Louis Delducco, Amy's paternal grandfather, won the 242-acre property in a weekly poker game. He loved to play and told stories of winning and losing what is now known as the Ponder Point property near Sandpoint. Amy was raised in Northern Minnesota and furthered her education in Washington State where she met her husband, Steve. Steve and Amy found that returning to North Idaho was the easy choice when deciding where to settle down and raising their two boys who both served in the Navy. Amy's oldest son, Spencer, now works in a mother son team with his Mom to ensure great service throughout all of North Idaho's counties.
